You can use the blog to discuss learning with other Vital Signs participants, flag up an issue for us at DC to address or simply let off steam about the challenge of being a manager. All we would ask is that you keep your comments in line with the general topic of people and management development, and that you use the same discretion and courtesy as would be used in any other form of communication.

To comment on an existing topic, simply type in your contribution. if you want to start a new topic let us know and we will set you up as a 'friend'.
